Euroset founder and owner of London store Hedonism Wines Evgeny Chichvarkin has announced the launch of a restaurant called Hide. He revealed this to Yelizaveta Osetinskaya, founder of The Bell, in an interview for her YouTube channel 'Russkiye Norm' (Russians Are OK).
According to Chichvarkin, investment in the restaurant amounted to around $14 million. His former Euroset partner and co-owner of Hedonism Wines, Timur Artemyev, is a co-investor in the project.
The restaurant's chef will be Ollie Dabbous, who holds a Michelin star. An average lunch at Hide, according to the interview, will cost around $85 excluding alcohol.
