In the Montelibero movement's annual report, published on December 13, among the events of 2025 is mentioned a speech by Timur Artemyev, entrepreneur and co-founder of Euroset. According to the review, on August 16, Artemyev, a delegate of the Montelibero Association, delivered a report at a conference in Buenos Aires.
The review is structured as a chronological list of the organization's events over the year. It also notes other events related to Artemyev and the themes of digital sovereignty and alternative institutions.
Digital Infrastructure
Among them are the launch of projects on blockchain platforms, the development of wallets and explorers for the Stellar network. In particular, in January the Pacta Civitas project started on the SAVVA platform, an update of the Sunce web wallet was released, and the cryptocurrency payment service for the telecom operator m:tel began accepting USDT. In May, the first release of Montelibero App came out, in October the Sunce Wallet appeared in the App Store, and in December a new Stellar blockchain explorer was presented.
Alternative Institutions
A separate block of events concerns the movement's institutions: in April, the Montelibero Foundation announced a strategic partnership with Green Zyland Constellation and created a sub-fund for defaulted assets; in August, the MVP fund venture fund was established; in November, healthcare programs and the Blockchain Social Network BSN.expert explorer were adopted. In September, the association's Council approved the Regulations on the Secretariat, and in December, recommendations for ambassadors.
The review also lists educational initiatives of the MTLEdu foundation, including the issuance of student loans, and events in MTL-City, from landscaping workshops to the construction of modular homes.
